Order Cancellations
We begin processing your order as soon as it's placed, so cancellations aren’t guaranteed.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out immediately. Changes can only be made before dispatch and are subject to possibility.
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:
• You received a damaged item
• You received the wrong product.
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at hello@paarkhi.com or call +91 99804 40091 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. We’ll send a return confirmation email.
3. Ship the item back within 10 days using a trackable courier.
4. Include a printout of the return confirmation in the package.
Important Return Guidelines
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoices.
• Items sold as sets must be returned together.
• Do not accept packages that arrive in visibly damaged condition.
• Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
• If eligible, we’ll issue a replacement or refund via bank transfer within 7 days of receiving the item.
• If a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.
Note: Final approval lies with our Quality Assurance team. Natural variations in materials may differ slightly from online images.
